My journey started off as a 15-year-old boy who hated how he looked and was uncomfortable in his own body. I wanted change and I fell in love with the gym and the results it would help me yield. Over the years I have just been continuously learning. Through personal experience with a multitude of different training approaches, countless hours of research, as well as getting my own personal trainer certification, I decided on a newer approach that combined science based training with more volume and a few other training techniques I picked up along the way as the most optimal way to grow lean muscle mass. Now I want to show you how to accomplish the same naturally in a shorter time frame.
